Excellent, very caring, personable doctor. I appreciate Dr Lyles help with my health management after Dr Whitworth's retirement. I go in with my list to discuss with him and he takes his time during my appointment to answer my concerns. He is also always available via the portal to discuss and answer my additional questions promptly.
Doc Lyles is a outstanding doctor , he takes time to listen and tries his best to get to the root of the problem. From everyone in the office to the nurses and the doc is outstanding. It's a all around good experience. Can't beat doc Lyles glad he's been my doctor for going on a little over two years.

Dr lyles is great...office staff sucks..never answers calls or questions...can't get the meds I need because of office staff lacking
Dr. Wentworth had been my doctor for over 20 years when he retired. Dr. Lyles became my new doctor and continued treating me with respect and professionalism. He values my input and recognizes that I know something about my own body. Unlike other doctors I have seen, he is also very caring and supportive when the patient needs a little extra attention. I go to Spartanburg, an hour away, for most of my medical care team but I will willingly keep Dr. Lyles as the head of my care team.
