Dr Copeland found what seymour couldn't find from my xray from ent in seymour! It took years of wanting a second opinion and much research before I landed with dr Copeland. He and sarah are awesome drs....knowledgeable...and professional.
I would give zero stars if I could. Dr. Copeland stated my child needed a surgery which I was shocked by as he has been under care of an ENT prior to being referred. My gut told me that didn’t make sense and so I took my child to Riley for a second opinion. Come to find out my child DOES NOT need the specific surgery which is what Dr. Copeland said he needed. What an arrogant Dr. If you are a senior forget him helping you. He had his mind made up before he came into the room that older people just have to live with it. I hope he doesn’t treat his parents like he treated me!!!!! One of these days he will be in the same place!! I hope someone introduces him to God so he can see a better way to treat people.
No one can see either one of these so called great ear doctors (Copeland and Sarah) unless you have a referral. Thanks a lot another doctor that can’t help.
