Hands down, great doc. Excellent communication, great follow-up. Staff was great too!
Staff was very warm an curious, something Dr. Enav was not. I don't know if it was because it was a Friday afternoon appointment, but he was rather short a rude with my my wife and his own staff. My wife, being a stressed, poor slept 1st time mother asked the same question a few times, after the third he physically got into my wife's face and and remarked about how she keeps asking the same question and won't answer again. After that he was curt and almost shoved us out the door. Terrible bedside manner.
Dr. Enav tried to solve my daughter' s problems. I really liked the time he took to listento all we had to say. He was very sensitive observer of my daughter and came with approaches to solve her problems, which are NOT straightforward. His endoscopy procedure went smoothly. His suggestions were helpful as well. We are very grateful to have him as a pediatric GI specialist for my daughter!
Just saw Dr. Enav for my 5 month old son that was diagnosed with FPIES. It is a disorder that not many physicians are familiar with. It was such a relief to talk to a doctor that is familiar with it. He gave us great advice and a reasonable treatment plan for our little one. We are very thankful to have found him.
Well, based on my knowledge, I can never judge Dr. Enav's experience or knowledge. However, that knowlge was not communicated to us at all. All his explanations were based on weblinks for Videos and medical websites and there was no space for doctor-patient elebearion. I searched for gastro doctors in Northern VA before taking my kid to his office. I know most of the reviews were positive and encouraging but what we got was frustrating and full of disappointment. Just a great doc, with excellent bedside manner. We spent way too much time with Children's Hospital.....didn't get answers. Dr. Enav is so easy to reach and has taken great care of our daughter for more than a year now.
We searched high and low for a pediatric GI specialist in NOVA. Everywhere we called, the doctors were booked like forever. Dr. Enav was not an exception, but his appointment coordinator did an excellent job to find a recent cancellation and make it possible for us to see Dr. sooner (my son was suffering from a very bad stomach pain and needed to be seen asap). Great doc. Was very kind to my child and has the bedside manners that is very focused to the problem and finding the most effective and quick solution to it. He examined my son very thoroughly and followed up the next day with us if we had any further questions.
