On Tues. 9-6-22, I tried to make appointment after Labor Day due to hospitalization follow up where Bon Secours said an appointment is needed this week (a short week). Called at about 12:10pm and was told I have to call back after 1:45pm to schedule appointment since they are at lunch. I was told their phones aren't answered for making any appointments during their lunch break of at least 1 hour and 35 minutes. My parents have been sick for almost a month and we are waiting on test results for two weeks. No medicine has been given and you can’t get anyone to call back or find out why the test results are not complete.
Dr Hester has been my wife's and my family doctor for many years. During the entire time we have been nothing but very happy with his medical care and advice.
