I don't understand what's going on, we bought our furnace from Benjamin Heating, now I can't find them anywhere, this company shows up now. When I call the phone number I'm sent to a Day and Night company in Lynnwood, and they don't have a clue why they are getting forwarded my calls. Now I need service, I have no warranty after I paid so much money for this new furnace 😡
This place used to be Benjamin heating and cooling, today we called to get someone to service the furnace they replaced two years ago and you can’t get anyone to answer, the number listed asks for the zip code then it routes the call to day and nite plumbing and they don’t even know why it’s happening. The number we have in the invoice from the furnace replacement 206-565-1114 is not accepting calls. Now we have to have a different company come and see what’s wrong with the furnace and there goes bye bye the warranty.
