never have i been so disappointed with a service in my life.Not only did I pay over 500$ for exam and glasses they did not stand by their product after continued complaints .I will never refer nor will I ever return and I say do not waste your time with this office
I saw Dr. Harris back in 2016/2017 when I lived in Montgomery. I moved away in 2018 but man, this is the best eye doctor I ever had. I was diagnosed with glaucoma when I was in college around 2000, got a 2nd opinion in Mobile (where I grew up). I was put on drops that made my eyes turn red. When I told the eye doctor in Mobile, he asked me was I worried about red eyes or high eye pressure?? I told him BOTH! Dr Harris and his team are like family and have been super helpful.
My family has been using Dr. Harris for several years and were very happy. However for the last couple of years we have experienced extremely long wait times (an hour or more) when arriving for appointments ahead of the scheduled times.
