I was very impressed with my experience w Dr Gates. He was very professional and thorough and had the highest technology. The optometry store connected has an excellent collection and is very knowledgeable and it has great style. I stringly recommend them both.
I just had to leave Dr. Gates office because I am so upset. When I arrived they told me I’d have to pay an additional $40 for the doctor to use a new high-tech piece of equipment to make the exam better and easier. I said I didn’t want to use the high-tech piece of equipment and I wanted a traditional exam and prescription. Dr. Gates rushed to the waiting room stood over me told me that he would not see me unless I paid the extra $40 not covered by my insurance insurance. He said he was not going to let his practice be run b... read more
