This is a thank you to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! The owner, Tripp, answered the phone and cordially answered my plumbing questions and scheduled service on the exact day I needed it. Jeff Gulliver was the service tech and he arrived promptly, was so polite, and analyzed and repaired our shower problem quickly. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has a great asset in Jeff as their employee.
Jeff G. Was awesome to work with. His first visit assessed my needs and gave me options. Very professional , confirmed appointments, texted before arrival used shoe covering prior to entering home. Second visit installation of whole house water filter. He was efficient and neat and explained everything before installation started. I really appreciate the follow up. This company top notch demonstrating professionalism and great customer service. Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs!!
First - BF Triad was quick! They had technician Chris at my house in less than an hour. Chris himself was so knowledgeable and talented. He was professional (kept taking his shoes off at the door!) and detailed. Did not jump to the most expensive solution but worked at the less expensive path first and was able to clear the line. He got pictures of the invasive roots and measured how far in the invasion was. Chris provided documentation of his findings.
