I always feel confident when I need to reach out to Ben Franklin for plumbing purposes, but I get even more excited when they send out Justin.. . EDIT: I had to replace a Rheem tankless hot water heater in Aug of 2024. I was recommended the Rinnai brand that the installer said was very reliable, so I went with that one.
