Luke was fantastic! He was professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way to explain what needed to be done in a manner we could understand. We were very impressed with work and professionalism. Definitely would work with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again!!

After 25 years of use, I had to replace my vacuum breaker assembly. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and asked them to help me with installing a new unit. I purchased a brand new one off Amazon, so I only needed them for the install. Mike Brown did a fantastic job at a fair price. Needed kitchen sink drain pipes replaced. I found Benjamin Franklin on a handyman website. They were able to schedule an appointment and come out the next morning. From the get go responses were fast and communication was plenty. Dustin was respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to complete the work with no issues. Although on the higher end of cost I appreciate the quick turnaround, plentiful communication and am confident in the work done by Dustin.

My experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was very positive. I received a return call immediately and Cody arrived at my home within a half hour. Cody addressed my concerns and corrected the issue in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He kindly checked my basement for any water damage and assured me that there was none. This was a huge relief. Thank you for thorough service.

Dustin came to find and repair a leak. He was polite and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and the cost before doing anything. He worked quickly and did a fantastic job. I will definitely call Dustin if we need help in the future.
