Luke was fantastic! He was professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way to explain what needed to be done in a manner we could understand. We were very impressed with work and professionalism. Definitely would work with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again!!

Nick was able to get me in as soon as possible due to a plumbing issue the following day. The repair and replacement did not take long at all, and Cody was excellent in communication providing the details needed that I asked. Between Cody and Mason, both did a wonderful job efficient. I would truly recommend for future services.

Cody was awesome and knew what to do. He was very clear about everything and very knowledgeable plus very pleasant to talk to. Because of Cody I'm going to set up an account with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I am the chair person and responsible for 80 condominium in Southbrook court condominiums in Hudsonville Michigan. After 25 years of use, I had to replace my vacuum breaker assembly. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and asked them to help me with installing a new unit. I purchased a brand new one off Amazon, so I only needed them for the install. Mike Brown did a fantastic job at a fair price. Tyler was extremely friendly and professional! He very quickly fixed leaks in my gas pipe and also helped replace my dryer gas line and valve, and solved the issue I was having with my gas range/oven. I am very grateful for the speed and quality of the work!
