He was knowledgeable of the water heater and determined the problem in minutes. He didn’t have all the parts he needed and had to go back to the shop. Once he got back he had the pilot light lit and was on his way in about 10 minutes. Excellent job and I am satisfied that I will have hot water in the next 45 minutes.
I had a clogged sewer line leading out of my house. I was able to get same day service. The tech (Mason) called 30 minutes prior to showing up. He was polite, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in a timely manner. He explained everything along the way. It has been a few days since the repair and can verify that it was truly fixed. Will definitely be using them for my home service needs.

Jeremy was prompt, professional and quick. He gave good advise and didn’t try to upsell what needed to be done, I appreciated the honest advice and feedback on my service.
