Always in time. Always friendly and customer oriented as well as making sure the customer is safe and comfortable by sending picturss amd a shirt introduction of the technicians whom are about to show up. They pulled us out of a pickle more than once.
Looking at the reviews, they appear to be in good standing, but they are the worse professional plumbing company I've ever worked with. A year ago August of 21 they put a new tank in my well, comes to find out today the tank they installed was smaller than the one I had before. They removed an didn't put the pressure gauge back on.,
My wife and I have been overwhelmingly happy with Benjamin Franklin’s plumbing service for 10 years. Last week we decided to call them concerning our ‘gas fireplace’ and our we glad! Jon Synder was knowledgeable and professional! He analyzed the situation and updated us with a new burner and logs at a reasonable price. I have horror stories about previous dealings with other fireplace repair services in the Southern Pines area, but Ben Franklin gets high marks and we recommend their service!!!
