Toilet Repair Chad deserves a raise. He is knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He explains things, so nonplumbers can understand. He remembered our toilets had a warranty and he fixed them, so they no longer run up gigantic water bills. He is a wonderful person and you are lucky to have him as an employee. Please tell him I said so.
Prompt attention to the problem Chad, Jed and Israel were great. we did call in today because of a very strong odor coming from the primary drain which erupted with sewer earlier. Your team sent a crew this afternoon.
Explained all of the options and prices up front. Plumber was very knowledgeable. He explained different options to fix our problem listing pros/cons and prices. He performed the repairs well.
Great response time even on Sunday. Very curtious. good response time (on a Sunday even!). knowledgable service man and gave estimate and also followed through with follow-up call from the shop the next day based on our discussion.
