We had a leak last night and we didn't know where it was coming from. We shut down the water and called Benjamin Franklin. Betty was super nice and called the tech with our question and told us to go ahead and shut the water down and scheduled us for the earliest appointment in the day that she could. Moses arrived EARLY and very pleasantly told us our options and got right to work. He was thorough and professional and found the leak and fixed it quickly.
PUrchased Hot Water heater 4 years ago, Came with unconditional 6 year warranty. Ben Franklin will not honor their agreement. Have proof of purchase and warranty. Tank has two leaks. Paid over a thousand dollars for this. Contact corporate office , they will not call me but did send me an email that said , sorry but we (Ben Franklin Plumbing) will not honor warranty.
