Called to set appointment for free estimate on a Monday. Set it for Friday. Friday morning, I get a call that they don't service my area. Couldn't have told me that when I set the appointment. I took the day off work to be here for them. So lost the days pay for nothing.

If I could give it a zero Stars I would. All I did where is call to get an estimate. The lady was extremely rude that answered the phone. And when she couldn't find me in the system I kept telling her all I want is an estimate. But she kept insisting I'm getting my information first to where I finally had to hang up on her. And then roughly two hours later. I get a phone call from somebody that works there who barely spoke English.
