Always fabulous! Professional and customer service focused. I have had my WH and toilet replaced by them. I get service every year on plumbing. I’m having exterior water lines put in in April.
The technician was very polite, and professional, and arrived within the specified time. David took the time to explain the repair and answered all my questions about the job, services that they offer, and prices. He repaired a small crack found after the water meter. He completed the job and cleaned the area. Water was restored to the house, he charged me what he had quoted me, and I am happy with the overall service provided.

On 1-11-23 I scheduled an appointment to have the works in my upstairs toilet tank replaced. They charged me $414. for the replacement part. While in my home they recommended that I replace the rubber gasket on my other two toilets. They charged me $120. each for two gaskets, or a total of $240! The same small red rubber gasket costs $2.40 each at *****. The next morning I noticed water all over the upstairs bathroom floor, the tank was leaking. They had not tightened a nut. I had to have both plumbing and water damage remediation done on my home, including mold remediation. Throughout the process, everyone has been outstanding! Eddy is the plumber who repaired the issues at my house. He is so polite, professional, and highly knowledgeable.
