Very unprofessional. After taking my child with Autism to this dentist , it was determined that he needed some dental work but would have to have the procedure done at a hospital where he could be put under anesthesia because he has such anxiety and fear of the dentist. The day before the appointment, I asked his office staff exactly what the process would be so I could prepare my child for the procedure. Don't go to him! Everything was welcoming when we walked in, sure. But that's where it stopped. The dentist was rough on my 4 year old daughter. He acted like she was a total inconvenience to him. The film hurt her so she put up a little resistance, she didn't understand what was going on. He grabbed her head forced his fingers in her mouth, jammed the film in and slammed her mouth shut. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
