The nurse practitioner I saw was great, however the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. The office manager, Jessica was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to me on the phone. I was scheduled with a provider I have never seen before and acted like there was nothing wrong with that. If I'd wanted to be seen by that provider, I'd have seen that provider to begin with. DO NOT GO HERE!! AWFUL PROCESS/EXTREMELY LOW EFFORT ENVIRONMENT. IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY BE SEEN or WANT QUALITY MEDICAL ATTENTION from a provider who actually cares. NO ONE AT THIS PLACE CARES. So you should about yourself and NEVER GO HERE. This location is truly a low end, low effort, “community health” center where their patients clearly do not take ANY priority.
