I had my A/C replaced by Benjamin Brothers a little over 2 years ago. I was extremely pleased with their price, the product and the installation guys. They've been back for free annual checkups as promised. Today my A/C stopped working. I called the office and Adian and Terry came to my house a few hours later and now it's working. They were great. Pleasant and professional, I would highly recommend Benjamin Brothers for all your A/C needs.

DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!! We hired them to replace 2 AC units. The salesman was great. That's as far as it went. They replaced a 5-ton gas Bosch furnace last summer. Problem #1: The tech never set up the gas connection. We found out when the cold weather hit and couldn't understand why no hot air was coming through. I called them, and they took a few days to come out. Problem #2: It took 2 visits spread out over a week before the issue was fixed. Problem #3: Bosch systems use PVC for their exhaust systems.
