I had my A/C replaced by Benjamin Brothers a little over 2 years ago. I was extremely pleased with their price, the product and the installation guys. They've been back for free annual checkups as promised. Today my A/C stopped working. I called the office and Adian and Terry came to my house a few hours later and now it's working. They were great. Pleasant and professional, I would highly recommend Benjamin Brothers for all your A/C needs.

DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!! We hired them to replace 2 AC units. The salesman was great. That's as far as it went. They replaced a 5-ton gas Bosch furnace last summer. Problem #1: The tech never set up the gas connection. We found out when the cold weather hit and couldn't understand why no hot air was coming through. I called them, and they took a few days to come out. Problem #2: It took 2 visits spread out over a week before the issue was fixed. Problem #3: Bosch systems use PVC for their exhaust systems. I don't know what is wrong with these people. Someone I know who is a elderly woman had her HVAC replaced due to damage and these people did a crappy job and ripped out a third of her ceiling in her garage. Then when she asked if it would be repaired they refused to fix it (or hire someone who does that line of work to fix it) basically told her it was like that which it wasn't.
