Never had an issue with their service. What I needed done, it was taken care of and the price point for services was excellent. Highly recommend!
Awful experience, owner is extremely rude, place does not deserve your money
Owner is extremely unprofessional and cannot cope with the fact that he has the wrong number listed on estimate papers. Not a place that deserves your business.
Benjamin Auto Repair LLC is not a business I would ever recommend. Benjamin claimed multiple times over the phone that he is "a man of his word" — in fact, he said it so often I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, his actions proved otherwise. He failed to follow through on agreements, missed deadlines, and gave excuses instead of solutions. Saying you're a man of your word means nothing if you don't back it up with integrity, and in this case, it felt like a line he uses to gain trust before letting you down. ... read more
