Benjamin Auto Repair LLC is not a business I would ever recommend. Benjamin claimed multiple times over the phone that he is "a man of his word" — in fact, he said it so often I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, his actions proved otherwise. He failed to follow through on agreements, missed deadlines, and gave excuses instead of solutions. I would highly recommend Benjamin Auto Repair llc. For the last 6 years Mr. Benjamin has repaired my family and I vehicles from foreign to domestic. Mr. Benjamin is a honest individual that always put his customers and their satisfaction first! I have personally witnessed an elderly customer $52 short picking up her car and Mr. Benjamin “told her don’t worry about it’s on me”. Very Janky!!!!!!! He thinks he can bully customers and they are afraid of him lol what a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!
Some people pay attention to reviews and others say it doesn’t matter because some customers are satisfied and you can’t satisfy everyone but ……..Please believe what I’m saying when I advise you to avoid this business at all cost.
