Excellent peditrician. Has always listened to our concerns and answered any questions we have had
Though the doctor is very good and has done a great job with both of my kids, the wait time in the office is a little ridiculous. For my son's wellness check we waited 45 minutes. When my son was sick we waited almost an hour and just recently when my daughter was sick we waited almost 2 hours. They need a better office manager or something to be able to determine why 30-minute appointments turn into an hour and a half appointments so frequently...
I see negativity about this doctor, I'm thinking you must have went to the wrong doctor's office. Great staff, amazing doctor, will continue to use! Thank you Dr. Brooks!!
Both his nurse Angie and he are both very condescending and treat you like a piece of trash.
Awful! DO NOT waste your time with this Doctor. This office has an attitude as if they are the only physician in town. My oldest was a patient, we had two visits. When we scheduled a kindergarten physical for my youngest, I inadvertently had my days mixed up and missed the appointment. They do not do courtesy calls beforehand. When I called to express my apology and to reschedule, their staff was beyond rude, they had the audacity to say my son was taken as a patient as a "favor" and we ar
