Kinsley Forest Apartments in KCMO were amazing until Sherman took over! (hence the now 25 open units some sitting for months). these past few years have been hell. trash piling up all over the place, residents (including myself), have complained about cars that have sat with flat tires for months taking up space and leaking over the property, nothing done about it. just a “threat to tow” sticker that has now been worn down from the elements. the snow company pushed over two feet of snow onto the garage I pay $125/mo for (on ... read more

I can not even begin to say enough incredible things about this company. They care for each community they run and that starts with David Sherman. He has cultivated a team of individuals that care so much about the product they provide. They approach every issue with compassion for the lives of their tenants and they truly strive to better every community they own. Every single person from the leasing specialist to the owner are here to help and to better the lives of their community members.
