Worst property management company ever. I suggest reviewing the locations they own and not living there. They take zero accountability for their actions, constantly lie to residents, and let homeless people wander inside buildings. It’s extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone in the office - makes me wonder if anyone actually works there, and if so, how do they get their jobs done?

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Disorganized Leasing Experience Our experience with the leasing staff at Axis on Camelback has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Kinsley Forest Apartments in KCMO were amazing until Sherman took over! (hence the now 25 open units some sitting for months). these past few years have been hell. trash piling up all over the place, residents (including myself), have complained about cars that have sat with flat tires for months taking up space and leaking over the property, nothing done about it. just a “threat to tow” sticker that has now been worn down from the elements. the snow company pushed over two feet of snow onto the garage I pay $125/mo for (on ... read more
