Kinsley Forest Apartments in KCMO were amazing until Sherman took over! (hence the now 25 open units some sitting for months). these past few years have been hell. trash piling up all over the place, residents (including myself), have complained about cars that have sat with flat tires for months taking up space and leaking over the property, nothing done about it. just a “threat to tow” sticker that has now been worn down from the elements. the snow company pushed over two feet of snow onto the garage I pay $125/mo for (on ... read more
