What a disappointment. Jonathan’s lot is all flash and no substance. He loves to talk like he runs an honest, reliable business but once the deal is done, good luck getting him to stand behind anything he says. Terrible communication, excuses for everything, and no sense of responsibility when things go wrong. Save yourself the stress and find a place that actually knows how to treat customers right. This place isn’t it.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. Jonathan’s business is built on fake smiles and broken promises. Once he’s got your money, the professionalism disappears expect poor communication, sloppy follow-through, and zero accountability. It’s all surface-level charm with no real substance behind it. If you want to avoid headaches and regret, take your business somewhere that actually values its customers.
Christian was an absolute joy to work with. He got me in and out swiftly with excellent service and a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. I highly recommend them!
