Loved the floors and service from this store. We bought a new house that came with carpet unless we wanted to pay a ridiculous upgrade price. Priced it at several stores and were very pleased with Benecia Flooring prices, service and no hassle salesmanship. They were fast and competent. Respectful and followed restrictions during COVID. Had a small issue with the stairs and they responded to our calls and sent someone out as soon as allowed (time restrictions because of COVID lock down when we first called).
