Work It! This is a great local gym. They have a full range of fitness equipment and classes. I love the classes and the instructors and so nice and helpful. It is reasonably priced too!

It was an experience that I hadn’t expected. From the first phone call I was impressed with the positive feed back, and all my questions were answered. The pre register form was easy to fill out. As I entered the office I was greeted by a happy smile welcoming me to the office. I read alot of reviews and that is how I found this place. My first review and I am happy to give more than five stars. Everyone has been so nice and always smiling. From the front desk to the hygienist, and the doctor have been nothing but sweet. Always postive but straight forward no hidden fees. The only negative is that I recently change jobs and Benicia Family Dentist do not take my insurance. I even considered going back to my old job just to stay with them. Joy and all her employees are wonderful!! I left to go to 24 hr because I thought it would be better to go to any as I travel. I NEVER felt the same about working out until I came back to Benicia Fitness. I look forward to going again and feel a part of a community of others! This is the first gym I've had a membership to and actually stuck with it. Started in June. LOVE IT. Awesome people, staff is great. I'll keep coming back!
I have been coming here for almost 3 months now and I can said this is an amazing gym. I have tried everything to lose weight and nothing worked. But after coming here I can said that I have proudly lost 17lbs. The staff are super friendly they treat you with respect and no judgement. The classes are amazing and super fun.
