Hash is a nice guy and very convincing. That's the problem. They sold me a Jetta that needs 3 grand worth of work. It turns out that a radiator fan doesn't work. When I originally called about the car, Hash said he can't sell it to me until his mechanic fixed an issue. This made me think he was looking out for the customer's best intest. The day after I bought it, I heard the problem, and found out I bought a lemon. I should have known better. Now you do.
I bought a tesla from them. I was straight forward asking them if there was any issue with the vehicle. They assured me vehicle was perfect with no issue. I came to them with honesty telling them I need a ev because I was spending 800 a month on gas and that I wasnt rich and I didnt need a problems in my hands and they kept telling it was a perfect tesla so I bought not even a week I had problems. My experience with Fairfield Elite Auto Group was remarkable. We went on a Sunday the salesman Hash took excellent care of us without any problem. We were suppose to car shop all day but with the excellent care that Hash took for me and my family we decided that we didn't need to shop anymore. I purchased my 17 year old granddaughter her first car and she was over joyed..
