Easy sailing through and through, had to get some things taken care of after purchasing and they were eager to help, no problems whatsoever. Hashim was great, gave a great deal and sorted out any confusion I had. If he’s selling to you, you’re gonna be set, worked out times that best fit for me and I have 0 complaints. Looking for a car? Come to this dealership and you will taken care of excellently.
Hash is a nice guy and very convincing. That's the problem. They sold me a Jetta that needs 3 grand worth of work. It turns out that a radiator fan doesn't work. When I originally called about the car, Hash said he can't sell it to me until his mechanic fixed an issue. This made me think he was looking out for the customer's best intest. The day after I bought it, I heard the problem, and found out I bought a lemon. I should have known better. Now you do.
I bought a tesla from them. I was straight forward asking them if there was any issue with the vehicle. They assured me vehicle was perfect with no issue. I came to them with honesty telling them I need a ev because I was spending 800 a month on gas and that I wasnt rich and I didnt need a problems in my hands and they kept telling it was a perfect tesla so I bought not even a week I had problems.
