Awesome instructors. Great place to get healthy and stay motivated.
I've been going for almost a year, and the coaches and classes are fantastic. They are very good at modifying exercises when needed (I've been going there while pregnant, and am currently in my third trimester), but don't let you slack off either! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a fun group exercise class.

Fantastic gym and coaching staff! I have an office near this location and have dropped in for several classes. The coaches and members here are great! Everyone was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. The programming is always very well done and coaches make sure to give attention to every athlete in the class with specific advice and tips. If I lived in the area I would definitely become a member and would highly recommend this gym to anyone!
BCF is the best. Been a member for a year and a half and wouldn't go anywhere else. I even pay the 5 dollars to cross the bridge from Martinez to workout lol! I love the programming.. family like environment and the coaches there are the best..
