We ended up not using this office, or making it much past the front door. It was super crowded when we arrived, with a lot of people waiting. They won’t put new lenses in your frames if you bought the frames elsewhere. Apparently they won’t discuss alternatives. The staff is slightly rude and definitely prefers to rely on “policy” to avoid work, all with an attitude. Save yourself some time and trouble and just go across the street.
