I personally went there to switch home aid for my sister and I was clear about the changes that need to be made, yet they did not change the home aid for her and kept it the same! I’m proxy for my sister which gives me control over who is going to work for her. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY! I’m so close to file a lawsuit against them. Terrible!
