Do not employ this company's service for any reason. They are well-known for towing cars illegally. A friend of mine had proof that she had paid the parking lot fees, but her car was towed anyway. They steal cars under the guise of towing cars and then make you pay exorbitant fees to get your illegally acquired vehicle BACK. Fast, professional, courteous, and careful; I've needed a tow over 3 dozen times over the past 8 years and Benfer's is easily the best.

They charged me 200 for a tow, called me twice in the span of a minute and canceled the tow and wouldn’t let me reinstate it. Well now I have to wait 3 days for the money to come back onto my card all the while my car is still on the side of the road. These people deserve the electric chair.

Stole my car from Delaware street down in the river market area. I paid for 4 hours of parking and was only in the bldg. for an hour and 15 minutes. just to come out to my car gone and having to pay a fee of $205 to get my car back when i did nothing wrong. I have bank receipts showing i paid for parking and the this company refuses to refund me my money after playing on the phone for a week trying to get a call back from a manager. very unprofessional and this place is clearly into scamming people. you stole my car and i ha... read more
