If the housing/property management wasn’t so unprofessional this would be a great establishment. But due to housing dept staff trying to mesh , merge, infuse, etc With the clinical staff and be counselors and property management it causes blurred lines that are very challenging and often difficult to focus on recovery. Housing should focus on housing not if clients are coming in at a specific time, that’s clinical.
I’m very grateful for this program! It has been a journey but a good one. I was in the mental health side of the program and they’ve helped a lot of people since I started in August including myself.They have a lot of resources outside of the services they provide themselves all you would need to do is your part and trust the process. Being in BFS program is the best thing ever happened in my life and I have learned to advocate for myself. It’s a reason why this place has a one client review. I would hate to go into details about how inconsiderate and unprofessional this particular practice is. I was given the run around for over a month. When I attended the appointment I waited for almost 15 mins for the woman to even come on to the meeting.
