I called to see when my kids was due for vaccines and they said they didn't know. What??? I told the lady what do you mean you don't know? You work there don't you have the records? Receptionist Nurse and Triage were both exceptionally kind to me. Dr. Joseph was also extremely succinct and efficient with telling me exactly what needed to be done.
