I went to this clinic because I had an eye infection and when I got inside to get seen the lady who saw me was really rude. I told her what had happened and told her if I can can some pink eye eyedrops. She said yeah I'll give them to you. Nurse Vyen was rude from the beginning and said that I needed a physical. I told her can you just give me medicine for my eye for now please because that's what I came for, but she kept being rude and saying I needed to move an appointment for a physical. I just called them, no greeting at the beginning. The tone that she was speaking she seemed bother talking. No goodbye or have a good day at the end. I even thanked her at the end and her response was, okay then hung up. I called around 1:50pm, medical department I believe is whats called not dentist.
Wow Very bad
I am so frustrated that I feel like I’m going to die. I went to the ER and was told I needed to see a doctor and get an upper endoscopy within 48 hours, but it’s been a week and I am still seeing black stools. With my Medi-Cal, I should be transferred to a gastroenterologist quickly, but they are not doing their job and not contacting me properly. So now, I am going back to the hospital myself. I am extremely angry.
Don’t you even try to leave messages as you will NEVER get a call back not able to speak with someone on the phone. The phone system is absolutely useless!😡
