Wonderful and welcoming staff. They were very accommodating with helping my step father surprise my mother for a much needed spa day. He had an extra surprise they were happy to assist with as well. 10/10
Being the 1st appointment of the day...therapist was/got ill.. Flu, Virus...being a Health Wellness center, I felt they should have let me know and given the option to reschedule....didn't because my husband was getting his massage...8 minutes on the table said they would compensate me....I guess they did cause they didn't charge me for my 8 minutes....Not a good experience for something I was looking forward to....they did reschedule....not sure I'll go back giving me no incentive to return....and let's not talk about the ... read more
