Clarity has been partnered with our company for over 3 years and they are by far one of the best Cobra TPAs I have worked with over the years.
Our company has worked with Clarity for a few years now and have not had any problems. Just a couple of weeks ago I came across an issue and was able to call a representative who helped me resolve the issue quickly.
First experience with them has been HORRIBLE. Just today, instead of returning my money, they put it in my old credit union which I left on bad terms with so I asked them if this time they could change accounts and put the money in my PNC account. After giving them all the new correct information, they decided to, from there words "put my new information on hold, but not the new claim" once again putting money into the wrong account so now the money was given TWICE IN A ROW IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS to a credit union that kept sw... read more
