Worked for them for ten years as a licensed insurance agent call center representative. Had not received any increase in my hourly pay for six years. I found out this year that newly hired people were making two dollars more per hour than I was. Management refused to increase my pay to match the brand new hires with no experience. I guess ten years experience meant nothing to them. I resigned. Terrible upper management.
Great Company.. Best Call Center capabilities in the industry! OK, so I work here but believe me when I say there is no other company like BenefitVision.
