I have been a participant in a plan with Benefit Equity for many years and have always been impressed with the responsiveness of each person I have dealt with when I needed to. Whenever I have a question they are quick to respond whether it is about the plan, possibility of a loan etc. and when I needed something handled it was fast and efficient. The consulting I received has always been exemplary. I have highly recommended this company to a few people and will continue to do so.
As a former employee of Banc of California, Banc Home Loans, this firm administered the 401K plan. Thankfully I only spent 2 years with this bank and retired. When I was finally able to see where I stood with this plan placed at John Hancock retirement services, during a rising equities market I actually lost over 5% in value. The plan was not administered properly.
