I had a wonderful experience at the Ulta store in Paducah, Ky. in April 2025. I had the nicest and sweetest staff person to help me. Her name was “Dakota”. I received information on 3 different products and all their options in each category. She gave me examples of how some of the products work. I bought 2 hair products and told her I would be back to purchase the other products when I get my next pay check! Can’t wait!! I had service with a smile!!
Dakota is an amazing stylist who wants nothing but the best hair for her clients. She does thorough consultations and goes above and beyond every time. I would recommend to her to anyone!
