Vivian does decent work, but I'll never come back again due to how unprofessional she is. Twice now she has wasted my time by being significantly late to my appointments (over 15 minutes) with no apology or warning and has been pushy about buying other Benefit products and preaching about how I should be living my life differently when she really knows nothing about me. Very good customer service
I always get a wax with Vivian and recently we tried the tint and wax, and she truly does such an amazing job! (The tint looks even better after the first wash) She takes the time to map out what she will do and even offers to fill them after. Love the above and beyond service!
