Ariana is AMAZING! She is the definition of guest service. She makes product suggestions and takes the time to explain the service she’s providing. She always makes me feel like a million bucks.

For the past nine months I have been going to get my eyebrows done with Ariana and she has been so professional very kind and generous. I honestly do not trust anyone else but her to do my eyebrows she always make sure that I'm comfortable and that I'm happy before I leave the shop. She is very knowledgeable and clean. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that Wants to get their eyebrows done.
Terrible we booked an appointment for today Thursday at 3:30 We confirmed the appointment and went to Macy’s and the girl from benefit was a no show. No one notified us and when we went there the girls at Macy’s couldn’t do anything and there was no one to talk to about it. AWFUL!!!
