I LOVED my experience with Rozlyn!!! She has done my brows a bunch of times and they look amazing each and everytime!! She is so sweet and professional and I always feel so comfortable in her chair. I recommend Roz to every person ever she is the BESTTTTTTT 10/10 always 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Rozlyn and her "back up gang" (i.e. 2 other workers) were standing at the back register waiting for me to arrive as I was 10 min late for a brow wax. I was there on site but had to take an emergency call regarding my mother so was outside the door. they we talking about me and I have extremely good hearing and can read lips when the one gal said "is this her" and Roslyn said "yeah well here we go". Roz is always friendly and does a great job of brow wax/tint. I highly recommend her!
My daughter just had her very first eyebrow wax and Roz was so great! She explained every step with professionalism and kindness and put a very nervous teenager at ease. It’s obvious that she has a love and passion for what she does. Thank you Roz! We will definitely be back.
