I was just in Ulta, when I heard a "manager" rudely speaking with a customer. She accused the young lady of getting loud with her when she didn't. All over an appointment. It's the way you talk to people. There was no need for the manager to be rude. Although it didn't happen to me, I left because I will not spend my hard earned money with disrespectful people.Do better Michigan City!
