Wow! Yesterday was my first time in. I interacted with several staff members… each one was top-tier customer service oriented.. including the young lady who greeted me immediately as I walked in! The store smelled amazing, and was very well organized. 🤩

Got my hair done the girl mixed something for my roots I’m like okay what’s that she said it will blend your roots she didn’t mention that it was a $50 up charge then was like you need a cut I said not really she then said yes you need a haircut so again she insisted and also didn’t mention a up charge. Then she begged me to let her curl it I told her my hair doesn’t really hold up so I didn’t need it and she said please let me try again no mention of up charge so I left with a huge bill of things I didn’t even ask for. The lady at the register makes it a game to tell you how many points you have after the transaction and the fact that they expire at the end of the month. She wants you to say couldn't I have used them on this transaction... So she can say I ask if there was anything else. REALLY??? So very rude!! this is not the first time I have had rude service at this Ulta and it really is a shame because a few of the girls are really nice.

I do believe the lady that cut and colored my daughters hair was Raelyn, it was something close to that. She did a wonderful job in the time that she had because of our time limitation. I believe the prices are a bit high, she just had her bangs colored and a haircut, $140.
