Kennedy did an awesome job!
Great service from Kennedy! She’s in training and did a wonderful job. In all the years I’ve had my brows done she was the first and only to do a mapping with me. She also listened to what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable. Love the tiny she did as well!
I had Jenna for my brow experience, not only did she do a wonderful job on my eyebrows(which I have never done previously) but she also made it feel like I wasn’t just a client to her and had full on conversations with me but still asking if I’m ok along the way.
Jenna was fantastic today for my brow appointment. Not only did I get my brows shaped exactly how I wanted, but I also received excellent customer service. I highly recommend Jenna and will definitely be returning for future appointments!
I had an amazing experience with the new brow specialist at Ulta, she did a fantastic job with helping me achieve the desired look I wanted for my brows. She also gave amazing customer service throughout the service provided and gave me additional knowledge about the products used in the service.
