I usually do my brows myself, but have always wanted a Benefit brow bar experience, so I figured I’ll try it out today. Unfortunately, Natasha completely ruined my eyebrows. She took way too much off in the middle and took way too much off my left brow. She made the service complimentary, but that doesn’t fix my brows. I had to hold back tears at the store. I wish she would have at least shown me what she mapped out.

Natalie did an absolutely amazing job on my daughter’s brows today! With a steady hand she shaped them and ensured my daughter was comfortable through the process. We will definitely be back.

Terrible. I didn’t realize in the store but she over plucked the hair between my brows so much. I looked up the ideal brow shape and it’s definitely over plucked. Now I’m stuck with this big gap for a few months. At no point did she even show me the shape asking if this is what I want before plucking.

Natasha did a fantastic job on my brow wax. She was friendly, considerate, knowledgeable and helpful with products. The store itself was quite busy that day but she kept us distanced in the brow bar space.
