Audreyyyyy! Thanks so much! Just walked in on a whim and Audrey was so enthusiastic fun and warm. Went in after and interview feeling a little uncertain and left feeling fabulous with my new brows. Next time I'll stop in BEFORE the interview and get a great service from Audrey. The other ladies seemed warm and friendly too.

Audrey is a LIFE SAVER!!! Went to the Berkeley location for a brow lamination and the lamination itself was fine but the waxing was uneven. The hairs were taken out in a way that most were broken off and one was way thicker than the other. I popped in last minute at the Chestnut St location and Audrey was so understanding and happily squeezed me in to fix my brows! She was so quick taking me between her appointments yet did a thorough and clean job. She evened my brows out so well I almost cried from what a difference it mad... read more
