When I first met Dr. Benedict, I was going thru chemo and just wanted to go home. However, his gentle nature and real compassion took only one visit to win me over. He has taken care of my eyes for 10 years, staving off the effects of diabetes, including glaucoma, heart disease, neuropathy, and cataracts. You were on time thorough and gave me good medical advice. I feel very confident that my eyesight is in good shape.
Dr. Benedict’s expertise and caring nature are evident from the moment you meet him. He takes his time with each patient, thoroughly explaining his findings so the patient understands their diagnosis.
I had the privilege of going here for the first time but I was certainly treated as if I had been there many times. From reception, through tests and seeing the doctor, I was treated with respect and genuine concern. Found a definite home for all our eye needs. Thank you Dr. Benedict.

Dr. Benedict performed my cataract surgery 3 years ago. I had an annual checkup yesterday. I still see 20/20. Here's a tip: My vision kept improving after the surgery on each eye. It took 3 to 4 months to get "perfect" vision. It was so pleasant to realize my eyesight kept getting better and better. I think some have great vision right away. Mine was fine right away, but kept improving as I healed from the surgery. Dr. Benedict answers any questions kindly and completely.
I had a one-year follow-up to eye surgery. I expressed a concern I had, and Dr. Benedict addressed it. The young woman who initially took me back to a room, Betty, was very pleasant and explained what she was doing.
