Matt gave excellent service and explained why my phone didn't want to work. He also explained how to reboot it when it shuts down completely. Excellent service. I drove from a small Country Town to get the phone checked and was happy to have my phone working again. Well worth the drive.👍

He was marvellous, and such a nice guy. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately. He was the most knowledgeable, patient and helpful tech guy l've ever dealt with.
