Came in for an o2 sensor replacement. Mechanic spent 10 minute on it and charge me $95 for the service. When i was quoted $50, and I even purchased the part from somewhere else, and brought it. Be WEARY!!!
Bender's won't bend you My first experience with Bender's, was about four years ago. I had purchased an elderly motohome that needed a lot of care. I had taken the RV to another local mechanic and they ripped me off big time! When I took it to Bender's, they did the job correctly and also backed us up in getting a refund through the B.A.R from the shady mechanic. (It rhymes with "Mussels", NEVER go there!) Great service, integrity and honesty. Chris has always been honest and upfront with me. Integrity is what I"ve always experienced with both Chris and Marlon. They have helped ensure that all three of our cars are in safe working order and have occasionally given us complimentary oil changes when we have had other work being done on our cars. Great friendly service.

What happened? When Oscar worked here, the work was fast and well priced. But now my car has been in and out of this place for a while. The work takes a long time. The work isn't always done well. The prices are higher than they should be. The staff seems to care very little about getting your car done and out of the shop. I'm not going to this place again because when you take your car there, they act like you're bothering them with it. Worst Experience I've Ever Had I took my car to this shop for a simple oil change and left with $1200 in body damage. After I was assured by their staff I would be reimbursed for the repairs and a rental car, 6 weeks later I am still trying to recover my costs. The owner has been uncooperative from the start.
Chris and Marlon are by far the best mechanics I've ever encountered. I don't know much about cars and always find myself falling victim to paying too high for things i don't even really need fixed :( Not only were they extrememly fair in price, theydid not take advantage of me and they had my car done in the quickest time I've ever experienced. All in all no one wants to take their car to get fixed, but they made it a completely positive experience!
