I am writing to express my concerns about the conduct of Ivellesse, a manager at this facility. Having visited this establishment multiple times, I have always appreciated its services. However, I have observed Ivellesse engaging in interactions with employees that I believe cross professional boundaries. John Jasinki scarred my face in several places, gaslit me when I confronted him with the issue and refused to acknowledge the damage he did when it was right in front of him. Horrible experience! Asked for a refund and they conveniently stopped communicating. Horrible
