Dr. Jasinski is wonderful. However, the reservation system is awful - my original appt. was cancelled by their non-US c.s. people. These same people called me & didn't understand the letters with numbers on my insurance card. I cannot get into their system to book another appt or see my mole biopsy results. Have messaged and tried to call - no response. Will drive over for my files and take to another dermatology practice. Too big and tech which isn't working for patients.This is unacceptable.
Had to have a BCC removed. Dr. Kolenick and entire team were professional and on time. Only issue with this practice is the ability to use a phone and call and speak to a human is non-existent which is extremely frustrating
