This review is not for the doctor who did my skin check who was absolutely lovely and kind. This review is for the office manager who is not fit to speak to patients and should not work in a medical setting. She came into my appointment after I was already naked and gowned to inform me my insurance would not cover my appointment because I had an allergy shot happening the same day. I’ve had excellent experiences with staff and MDs each time On the other hand, I find the takeover of medical practices by Private Equity firms abhorrent
Great place to help me avoid skin cancer. The medical team is excellent, efficient and takes the time to explain things in great detail. Highly recommend this group.
The Norwalk Schweiger Derm Group office is a model of inefficiency. No one EVER calls you back whether it's for medical or billing. The phone system is run by bots with background noise to give the illusion of busy assistance. It's really a front for a black hole of nothing where messages go to die. Eight months after paying off the full balance on my account, Schweiger sent the exact same amount to a collection agency. Not sure what to legally call that but it smells like fraud.
