Unresponsive & Untrustworthy Bender Properties are unresponsive and untrustworthy. They are attempting to charge me for a repair without a single receipt to back-up the charge. I have left voice and e-mail's for them over the past 3-4 weeks with absolutly no response. If they are hoping I'll just go away they are sorely mistaken. I am pursueing legal action. Perhaps they will respond to that.
Yoiu could do no worse The most unprofessional and shady people I have ever had the displeasure of renting from. Property was in terrible condition and probably should be condemned. They hid it well and I got stuck with a lease and an apartment that is uninhabitable. They are unresponsive and just about impossible to work with regarding repairs. Avoid this business like the plague!!
Nope! Do NOT rent from these people. Janyce is a mean old bat and the property I rented from them was ghetto. They scam you out of your deposits by charging you for repairs that they never actually do. As soon as you give your notice to move out they start parading people through your apartment every week to view the place. I regret renting from this company.
